weekly review and menu for the week!

running

I hope you all had a great week! Can you believe that Christmas is in two weeks! I know that next week will be full of treats and festivities and you know what I am going to enjoy it! I have been working hard all year so I think its okay to just enjoy activities with the family without worrying it will mess up my workout schedule a bit! I am even more excited for the freshness the new year will bring, but I am getting ahead of myself! Time to get back on track...
