WIAW...on the go!

Monday was a super busy day for me, I didn't even get to eat any of my meals at home!

I forgot to take a picture of my breakfast, but I have a cute hippie to take its place!She is giving you the double wave, she must really like you all! I will let you know I had a Clif Mojo Bar on the way to my BodyPump Class and lots of water! I upped my weights and boy I was sweating up a storm! I was able to get 6 miles of cycling in when I finished up the class.
PB&J lunch 
Lunch was a Almond Butter Sandwich, Banana and Raisins. We went to a indoor kids edutainment center, so packed lunches it was. It was a much better lunch than what they provide at the center for lunch (pizza bar, chips and soda).

Avocado Salsa Salad 
My afternoon snack was an avocado with some lime juice and splash of salsa.
BLT Dinner

Dinner was from a local pub where we all hang out at after our Monday Night Group Run, I usually just get a  salad but I decided to get a BLT and Fries because lets be honest, they looked so good after my run! I know I am a sucker.

Do you have a running group that hangs out afterwards? It is so much fun! If you live in the KC area check out the track club, we have a few runs where we hang out afterwards (including the run I lead on Saturday mornings in LS!)
