what I want to eat, birthday edition!

My 30th Birthday is a just five days away! I dont really have any major plans for the big day but I do know that food will be a large part of the day! As I wrote about here, breakfast is my favorite thing ever..really...ever! (well right next to a good pie, I love me some pie!)

I totally forgot to take pictures today so I am making a special, WIAW with a What I want to eat on my birthday!

Green Smoothie Pancakes

So I plan on waking up Sunday morning and possibly running a fun 11 miles, or just waking up and eating a breakfast feast! One of my favorite breakfast places in the area is Succotash! If we are able to make it out for breakfast, I will get a big huge plate of yummy blueberry pancakes! If I decided to run we will eat a plate of green smoothie pancakes (my second favorite pancakes!)


My lunch would probably be something small since my dinner is going to be a doozy and if my breakfast was at  Succotash than I am probably pretty full! My ideal lunch would be a light crackers.cheese.salami.grapes while we waste away the afternoon at the art museum. I doubt we will do any of this but I girl can dream right!

Dinner..okay let me explain. I love a good steak. I am a meat girl (my husband on the other hand would pass over a steak any day). That steak has to have the normal sides too, asparagus or corn (with parmesan cheese and butter!) and a baked potato or roasted potatoes. I love this type of meal but rarely eat it. Maybe because I consider it a birthday meal!



Of course a birthday treat would be necessary....I need a pie!
